宽带雷达、分布式雷达信号处理;新体制雷达波形设计
一、个人简介:
刘泉华,男,博士,特聘教授,博士生导师。出生于1982年10月20日。
主要从事宽带雷达、分布式雷达信号处理;新体制雷达波形设计等方面研究工作。入选国家级高层次人才计划。完成和在研自然科学基金、科技部重大专项等项目30余项。主持研制了S波段、X波段宽带实验雷达系统,为复杂波形设计、宽带检测跟踪提供平台支撑。在IEEE TGRS、IEEE TAES、IEEE TAP、IET RSN、《中国科学》等国内外期刊发表论文60余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项,合作出版专著《宽带雷达》,并在Springer出版英文版。获省部级发明特等奖1项、科技进步三等奖1项。获2019年度IEEE TGRS年度最佳论文奖,这是中国大陆科研机构和学者1991年以来第一次获得此奖项。所指导的博士论文获2020年中国卫星导航定位协会优秀博士论文。担任2018年IET国际雷达会议程序委员会共同主席、《中国科学:信息科学》“高分辨雷达”专刊特邀编辑等。开设本科生课程《数字信号处理》、全英文研究生课程《雷达系统导论》等。

四、研究概况:
长期从事高分辨雷达、分布式雷达系统及其信号处理方向的研究工作。访学美国期间研究超宽带系统及穿墙雷达系统。高分辨雷达方面,涉及复杂波形设计、宽带检测/参数估计/跟踪等;分布式雷达方面,涉及系统与波形设计、分布式相参及抗干扰处理,并开始涉足智能电子对抗的相关研究。
